Preparation tips

Do you often crave a smoothie but you decide not to make it yourself because it takes too much time? We thought about what would be most convenient for the consumers. The preparation is simple and quick (see the picture above), and the smoothies are nutritious and fresh. Since all fruit is prepared in advance, you have more time to play around with the flavours and mix different ingredients for your very own unique smoothie.

You can use yoghurt, fruit juices, home-made tea or flavoured water as a liquid base for your smoothies. Throw in some of your favourite nuts or spoil yourself with a nourishing breakfast by adding cereals. You can also use super foods, such as maca, pollen, spirulina, chlorella, chia seeds, hemp products and many more. Athletes can also add whey or protein powder for a more speedy recovery after workouts. Play with the ingredients and have fun!
